TMY3 Data Modified Economizer Hours Count

This exercise quantifies outside air economizer “Free Cooling" total hours for this particular location. Majority of the annual hours the cooling system can on 100% economizer. The count included winter months, and it did not take into consideration the hours that may require heating. Of course in case of a data center or process load; such hours don't exist.
